Mindful with Nature

Practice being mindful with nature the next time you’re outside.  Slow the speed of you walk, notice each foot as it touches the earth.  Listen to your surroundings.  Bring awareness to sounds you may be familiar with from daily life, but and deeper, listen for things you’ve never experienced before.  As you look around you, what colors do you see.  How are things changing as the seasons change.  Are there scents and new smells.  Do they evoke familiar memories or past experiences?
